Founder and Economist
With over two decades of experience in the New Zealand and European property markets, Angela brings a wealth of expertise to WEBSTER.
Before starting WEBSTER, Angela held the position of Associate Director at JLL in New Zealand, where she specialized in the retirement village and care facility sector for seven years. Prior to her work at JLL, Angela served as an Associate Director for the European Real Estate team at UBS, located in London, where she focused on the retail sector. Angela began her career as the Chief Economist at RCG in New Zealand.
Angela possesses a profound and comprehensive comprehension of the potential of strategic economic market research. She has extensive experience with economics, demographics, forecasting, asset/location analysis, and economic impact assessments.
